 (1)
 Remove the test port plug from the overpressure valve.

 (2)
 Connect the TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED SYSTEM (98D36003000000) or TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED SYSTEM (98F36003002000) or equivalent to the test port of the overpressure valve as on the diagram of the given figure.

 - use the primary regulator to pressurize the pressure source to 120 psi (8.27 bar). - the primary gage shows 120 psi (8.27bar).
R R R  3. On the test set: - slowly pressurize the system No. 1 to 90 psi (6.20 bar).  Read the pressure gage No. 1 and thevisual position indicator of theoverpressure valve to make sure that: - the valve is fully closed when the pressure is between 79.19 psi (5.46 bar) and 86.44 psi (5.96 bar).
 4. On the test set: - slowly depressurize the system No. 1 to open the overpressure valve.  Read the pressure gage No. 1 and thevisual position indicator of theoverpressure valve to make sure that:- the overpressure valve is fully open when the pressure is between 20 psi (1.38 bar) and 60 psi (4.14 bar).
 5. On the test set: - depressurize the system No. 1, the pressure source and close the shutoff valve of the air On the overpressure valve:- the visual position indicator showsthat the valve is fully open.
