B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Put the warning notices in position:
-
in the cockpit on the Engine Control Panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine(s),
-
in the cockpit on the AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch,
- on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
(2) Put the access platform in position below the access panel 197BB.

(1)
Remove the access panel 197BB.
(2)
Open the AFT Cargo-Compartment Door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3)
In the AFT Cargo-Compartment, remove the sidewall panel 151CW.

R A. Removal of the APU-Bleed Check-Valve Assembly
(1) Loosen the nut of the clamp (3) and remove the clamp (3).
(2) Loosen the nut of the clamp (8) and remove the clamp (8).
(3) Remove the nuts (2) and the washers (1).
R (4) Support the APU-Bleed Check-Valve Assembly (6) and remove the bolts
R (7).
R (5) Remove the APU-Bleed Check-Valve Assembly (6).
(6) Remove the seal (5).
R (7) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the open ends of the ducts (4) and (9).
