(1) Do these steps to reset the hydraulic fuse for the standby system:
(a) Make sure the flap control lever is in the UP position.
(b) Remove power from hydraulic sytems B. To remove power from hydraulic system B, do
this task: Hydraulic System A or B Power Removal, TASK 29-11-00-860-805.

LEADING EDGE FLAP FLOW LIMITING VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. General
A. This procedure has these tasks:
(1) A removal of the leading edge flap flow limiting valve
(2) An installation of the leading edge flap flow limiting valve.
B. The leading edge flap flow limiting valve is referred to as the "flow limiting valve" in this procedure.

C. Prepare for the Removal
SUBTASK 27-81-71-480-001
WARNING: MAKE SURE THE DOWNLOCK PINS ARE INSTALLED ON ALL THE LANDING GEAR.
WITHOUT THE DOWNLOCK PINS, THE LANDING GEAR COULD RETRACT AND CAUSE
INJURIES TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) If the downlock pins are not installed on all the landing gear, do this task: Landing Gear
Downlock Pins Installation, TASK 32-00-01-480-801.
SUBTASK 27-81-71-860-001
(2) Make sure there is no hydraulic power on system B. To remove power from hydraulic system B,
do this task: Hydraulic System A or B Power Removal, TASK 29-11-00-860-805.
D. Leading Edge Flap Flow Limiting Valve Removal
SUBTASK 27-81-71-020-001
(1) Remove the flow limiting valve [1]:
(a) Loosen the nuts [3] and [4] to disconnect the hydraulic tubes from the flow limiting valve [1]
and the hydraulic fuse [2].
(b) Remove the flow limiting valve [1] from the hydraulic fuse [2].

C. Leading Edge Flap Flow Limiting Valve Installation
SUBTASK 27-81-71-420-001
(1) Install the flow limiting valve [1]:
(a) Connect the flow limiting valve [1] to the hydraulic fuse [2].
(b) Hold the flow limiting valve [1] and hydraulic fuse [2] in their position.
NOTE: The flow direction arrow on the flow limiting valve [1] and hydraulic fuse [2] must
agree with the arrow on the pressure bulkhead.
(c) Connect the hydraulic tubes to the flow limiting valve [1] and hydraulic fuse [2].
(d) Tighten the nuts [3] and [4].
