(a) Install the screws [26], washers [27], and clamps [25] to attach the cable [1] to the airplane
structure.
(b) Install the screws [29], washers [30], and clamps [28] to attach the cable [1] to the airplane
structure.
(c) Install the screws [32], washers [33], and clamps [31] to attach the cable [1] to the airplane
structure.
(d) To install the center door [34], do this task: Main Landing Gear Inner Door Installation,
TASK 32-13-11-420-804.
(e) Install the bolts [19] and washers [18] to attach the retainer [17] to the nutplates [16].
(f) Install the nut [23], washer [22], and bolt [21] in the retainer [19].
(g) Install the nut [15], washer [14], washer [13], and bolt [12] that attach the cable [1] to the
airplane structure.
(h) Install the lockwire, G01912 to the bolts [19], and bolt [21].

(i) Install the clip assembly [8].

GROUND SPOILER INTERLOCK VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. General
A. This procedure has these tasks:
(1) A removal of the ground spoiler interlock valve.
(2) An installation of the ground spoiler interlock valve.
(3) A removal of the ground spoiler interlock valve proximity sensor.
(4) An installation of the ground spoiler interlock valve proximity sensor.
(5) A removal of the ground spoiler interlock valve pressure switch.
(6) An installation of the ground spoiler interlock valve pressure switch.
(7) In this procedure the ground spoiler interlock valve is referred to as the "valve".

SUBTASK 27-62-61-860-001
(1) Do this task: Remove Pressure from the Speed Brake Hydraulic Systems A and B,
TASK 27-62-00-800-802.
E. Ground Spoiler Interlock Valve Removal
SUBTASK 27-62-61-020-001
(1) Remove the nut [10], washer [9], washer [8] and bolt [7] that attach the push-pull cable to the
valve input lever [11].
NOTE: The valve input lever [11] is part of the valve [1] assembly. Do not remove the valve
input lever [11] from the valve [1].

(2) Disconnect the electrical connector [5] and the electrical connector [2].

(3) Disconnect the hydraulic lines [12] from the valve [1]:
(a) Put a 5 gallon (19 liters) hydraulic fluid resistant container, STD-1110 below the valve [1] to
catch the hydraulic fluid.
(b) Disconnect the hydraulic lines [12] from the valve [1].

(c) Install the plugs in the hydraulic lines [12].

(4) Remove the bolts [3] and washers [4] that attach the valve [1] to the structure.

(5) Remove the valve [1] from the airplane.

(6) Remove the reducers [13] and the packings [14] from the valve [1] ports.

(7) Install caps in the hydraulic ports of the valve [1].
