ANTISKID SHUTTLE VALVE MODULE
 Install special brake dispatch disconnect tool (use applicable part number) in place of removed shuttle valve slide plug. Tighten disconnect tool to 50 pound-inches, and lockwire.
 Gain access to the antiskid/autobrake control unit in the E5 main equipment center or E6 aft equipment center (location depends on airplane configuration).
 Position brake test disable selector to the brake which was deactivated. 2) Test proper deactivation of wheel brake:
 Pressurize right hydraulic system.
 Depress and release either Captain's or First Officer's brake pedals several times. Check that brake wear indicator pins (or pistons and adjustors) on deactivated brake do not move or change position, while movement is observed for all other brakes.
 Restore airplane to its required configuration. B. Method B - Brake Line Disconnected:
1) Disconnect hydraulic supply by removing the hose half of the self sealing quick-disconnect fitting on the brake as follows:
 
 Check that landing gear ground lock pins are properly installed and wheels are adequately chocked.
 Depressurize right and left hydraulic systems (including reservoirs).
WARNING: DOOR LOCKS MUST BE PROPERLY INSTALLED WHILE WORKING IN THE VICINITY OF THE WHEEL WELLS (AMM 32-00-15). RAPID ACTION OF DOORS MAY INJURE PERSONNEL OR DAMAGE EQUIPMENT IF LOCKS ARE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED.
 Install main gear door locks.
 Remove three screws securing hose half of self-sealing disconnect fitting to brake and pull hose and its attached fitting half free of brake (see illustration).
 Stow hose and hose half fitting with the disconnect fitting still connected to the hose, and ensure no interference with gear rotation and retraction.
 Open the brake bleed fitting approximately 1-1/2 full turns and then lockwire in this open position.
NOTE: Leaving the brake bleed fitting open will prevent brake drag due to thermal effect.
 Position brake test disable selector to the brake which was disabled (see illustration).
 
 Pressurize right hydraulic system.
 
i. Apply brake pressure by depressing brake pedal and check for leaks.
