 Start Right engine. (Configuration: EDP's ON, left and Right ACMPs ON.)
 Turn the left ACMP OFF.
 Verify left hydraulic pressure is high.
 Start Left engine.
 Turn OFF left EDP and verify Left ACMP remains OFF.
 Verify that left hydraulic system pressure remains high.
 Turn left EDP ON.
 Verify that EDP low pressure light goes out.
 Open HYDRAULICS PTU CONT circuit breaker on P11 panel.
 Turn left EDP OFF.
 Verify left system pressure is LOW.
 Close HYDRAULICS PTU CONT circuit breaker and verify left hydraulic system pressure is high.
 Restore system to normal.

1) Gear Door Close
Switches C - 0 (M) May be inoperative provided alternate procedures are established and used.
2) Gear Door Open/Door C - 0 (M) May be inoperative provided:
Arm Switches     Inoperative switch(s) is verified failed in the open circuit position, and
 Alternate gear extension switch ALTN
    GEAR EXTEND on the flight deck is verified to operate normally.
3) Gear Door Unlock/ C 3 0

MAINTENANCE (M)
1. To open the landing gear door(s) with the Gear Door Close Switch failed closed:
 Install downlocks on the nose and main landing gear (AMM 32-00-20).
 Remove hydraulic pressure from the left and right hydraulic systems prior to opening the gear doors to prevent possible immediate door closure when the power pack shuts off (AMM 29-11- 00).
WARNING: MAKE SURE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE IS REMOVED FROM THE LEFT AND RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS BEFORE YOU GO INTO THE WHEEL WELL(S). APPLYING HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM MAY CAUSE THE LANDING GEAR DOORS TO CLOSE IF THE LANDING GEAR LEVER IS NOT IN THE OFF POSITION.
 Move the landing gear lever to the OFF position and attach a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag to the lever.
 Open and collar the P11 panel DOOR CLOSE GND ACCESS circuit breaker.
 Open the gear doors (AMM 32-00-15).
 Install the door lock pins (AMM 32-00-15).
 Remove the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag and move the landing gear lever to the DN position.

2. To close the landing gear door(s) with the Gear Door Close switch failed closed
WARNING: MAKE SURE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE IS REMOVED FROM THE LEFT AND RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS BEFORE YOU GO INTO THE WHEEL WELL(S). APPLYING HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM MAY CAUSE THE LANDING GEAR DOORS TO CLOSE IF THE LANDING GEAR LEVER IS NOT IN THE OFF POSITION.
