MAINTENANCE (M)
1. Verify that isolation valve (shutoff valve in the depressurization module) is open:
A. Provide electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
WARNING: KEEP PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT CLEAR OF ALL CONTROL SURFACES TO PREVENT INJURY OR DAMAGE.
B. Pressurize left hydraulic system (AMM 29-11-00/201).
C. Verify that flaps respond to flap lever input.
2. Verify proper operation of bypass valve.
A. Place flap lever in 1 position.
B. Open and collar FLAP/SLAT SHUTOFF 1 circuit breaker on panel P11.
C. Ground pin #4 on FSEU data bus test receptacle in the cargo compartment, station 560R, for at least ten seconds. (For airplanes without this pin, apply the ground to any of the four pins in terminal block TB183-YA19 on the back of the E5-1 shelf).
