If you must replace the hydraulic pump (1), remove the fittings from the ports of the hydraulic pump:
(a)
Remove the reducer (13) and the O-ring (14) from the supply port.
(b)
Remove the union (11) and the O-ring (12) from the pressure port.
(c)
Remove the union (9) and the O-ring (10) from the case drain port.

Lubricate the fittings and the O-rings with hydraulic fluid.
(2)
Remove the caps from the ports of the hydraulic pump (1).

(3) S 434-046Install the O-rings (10, 12, and 14) on the applicable unions (9 and and 11) and reducer (13).
(4) S 434-017Install the union (9) in the case drain port of the hydraulic pump (1).
(5) S 434-018Install the union (11) in the pressure port of the hydraulic pump (1).
(6) S 434-019Install the reducer (13) in the supply port of the hydraulic pump (1)
(7) S 424-047Put the hydraulic pump (1) in its position on the bracket.
(8) S 434-048Make sure you connect the bonding jumper to the lower left bolt (4).
(9) S 424-020Install the four bolts (4) and the four washers (5).

Make sure the resistance between the bonding jumper (3) and the bracket is less than 0.001 ohms (AMM 20-22-01/601).

Do these steps to connect the hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic pump (1):
(a)
Remove the covers from the openings in the hydraulic hoses.
(b)
Connect the case drain hose (8) to the union (9) in the case drain port.
