Procedure


 S 424-003
 (1)  
Install fittings with O-rings in pneumatic solenoid valve ports if not included. Lubricate O-rings and threads with antiseize or thread lubricating compound prior to installation.

 (2)  
Position pneumatic solenoid valve pack on mounting pad and install mounting screws.

 (3)
Secure solenoid lead wires with clamp and tighten clamp bolt.

 (4)  
Attach electrical connectors.

 (5)  
Connect control air pressure lines to inlet and outlet ports of valve pack manifold block.

 NOTE: If solenoid valve pack has been removed from a different air
____ drive configuration, it may be necessary to reclock the T-fitting before connecting lines.

 (6)  S 864-007On the P5 panel remove tag and position the HYD DEMAND PUMPS switch to the AUTO position
 (7)  S 714-008Perform the air-driven pump operational test (AMM 29-11-17/501).
 (8)  S 414-009Check that wire bundles are retied or clamped same as found.
 (9)  S 414-010Close trailing edge fairing doors (AMM 54-62-00/201).

 A.  This procedure contains these tasks:

On systems 1 and 4, it is necessary to open the fairing doors on the trailing edge of the strut to do these tasks.

On systems 2 and 3, you can get access to the return module in the applicable wheel well for the wing landing gear.
