NOTE: Let the air pressure in the reservoir decrease to zero before
____ you fully remove the reservoir vent tube.

Lubricate the O-ring, the backup ring, and the threads with hydraulic fluid.

Install the O-ring and the backup ring on the valve for pressure relief.

(3) Install the valve in the vent port of the hydraulic reservoir.

(4) Install the clamp on the valve.

(5) Attach the tube clamp to the bracket with the screw, the two
washers, and the nut.

(6) Connect the reservoir vent tube to the valve.

(7) Put the leak detector on all connections.

(8) Pressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).

(9) Examine all of the connections on the valve for leaks.
NOTE:____ Leakage which does not have a concentration is permitted.

If you find a concentration of leakage, repair the cause of the leak.

Examine the door latches on the trailing edge fairing for cracks and wear.
