(a)
Remove the caps from all the openings.
(b)
Install the pressure module with the four bolts, washers, and the nuts. 1) Tighten the nuts.
(c)
Lubricate the hose connection and the tube connections with hydraulic fluid.
(d)
Connect the hose and the tubes to their fittings.

(e) (f) On systems without the auxilary ACMP line, install the plug in the auxilary ACMP pressure module port, port "c" and tighten to 162-178 pound inches of torque and safety wire.Connect the electrical connectors to the pressure module.
NOTE:____ The connector on the pressure switch for the demand pump is forward of the filters. The connector on the
pressure switch for the engine pump is aft of the filters.

(4) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close the applicable circuit
breaker:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel

Do an operational test of the pressure module installation:
(a)
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
(b)
Make sure the HYD PUMPS ENGINE PRESS light is on.
(c)
Put the applicable HYD PUMPS DEMAND switch on the P5 panel in the ON position.
(d)
Make sure the PRESS light comes on.
(e)
Put the DEMAND switch in the OFF position.
(f)
Pressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).
(g)
Pressurize the hydraulic system with the engine-driven pump, the demand pump, and, if it is installed, the AUX pump (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(h)
Examine the pressure module for leakage.
(i)
If you find leakage, repair the cause of the leak.
(j)
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system (AMM 29-11-00/201).

CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU LATCH THE DOORS ON THE TRAILING EDGE FAIRING
_______ CORRECTLY. IF THE DOORS OPEN DURING A FLIGHT, THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE DOORS.
(6) Close the left door on the applicable trailing edge fairing (AMM 54-62-00/201).
