Lubricate all the packings and the component threads with hydraulic fluid.

Install the check valve (10):
(a)
Install the packings (12 and 14) and the backup rings (11 and 13) on the check valve (10).
(b)
Install the check valve (10) in the module. 1) Tighten the check valve to 10-12 pound-inches (13-16 N.m).

Pressurize the hydraulic system with the EDP or the demand pump (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Examine the case drain module for leakage.
(a)
If you find leakage, repair the cause of the leakage.

(5) Release the pressure in the hydraulic system if it is not necessary for other operations (AMM 29-11-00/201).

CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU LATCH THE FAIRING DOORS ON THE TRAILING EDGE
_______ CORRECTLY. DAMAGE CAN OCCUR IF THE DOORS OPEN DURING A FLIGHT.
(6) Close the fairing doors on the trailing edge of the applicable strut (AMM 54-62-00/201).

(1) Open the fairing doors on the trailing edge of the applicable strut (AMM 54-62-00/201).

_______ OPEN THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM PRESSURIZES THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR. HYDRAULIC FLUID THAT HAS PRESSURE CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.
(2) Release the pressure in the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).
