Put the handle on the selector valve in the SYS 1 position.

Release the pressure in hydraulic system 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Install the large O-ring and the backup rings in the filter head.

(3) S 434-034Install the small O-ring and the backup ring in the groove on the filter element.
(4) S 424-035Install the filter element on the fitting in the filter head.
(5) S 164-058Clean the filter bowl.
(6) S 434-059Install the filter bowl on the filter head.
(7) S 434-060Tighten the filter bowl to 50-75 pound-inches (6-9 N.m.).
(8) S 434-061Safety the filter bowl with a lockwire.
(9) S 864-037Pressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).
