(1)
Apply some lubricant to the packings (22 and 23).
(2)
Install the packings (22 and 23) on the check valve (5).

Install the check valve (5) in the reservoir pressurization module (1).
(4)
Install the four screws (24) and washers (25).
(5)
Tighten the screws (24) to 20-25 pound-inches (2-3 N.m).

Examine the check valve for leakage:
(a)
If bubbles come slowly into view, the quantity of leakage is satisfactory.
(b)
If you find a high concentration of leakage, you must repair the cause of the leakage.

Examine the doors on the trailing edge fairing:
(a)
Examine the latches on the doors in the trailing edge fairing for cracks and wear.
(b)
Make sure that all latches are there.
(c)
Repair and adjust the latches if it is necessary (AMM 54-62-02/501).

CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU LATCH THE DOORS ON THE TRAILING EDGE FAIRING
_______ CORRECTLY. IF THE DOORS OPEN DURING A FLIGHT, THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE DOORS.
