Attach the clamp to the bracket with a bolt, the two washers, and a nut.

Install the two bolts and washers to attach the bracket to the shutoff valve actuator.

Attach the electrical receptacle to the shutoff valve actuator with the four bolts, eight washers and four nuts.
NOTE: The washers must be against the bolt heads and the nuts.

(7) Make sure there is electrical continuity between pins 2 and 3 of the electrical receptacle.
NOTE: The shutoff valve must be in the closed position and the
____ shaft of the shutoff valve actuator must be in the fully retracted position.

(8) Turn the locknuts until the plunger of the position switch touches the lever and causes an open circuit between pins 2 and 3.
