OPEN THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM PRESSURIZES
THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR. HYDRAULIC FLUID THAT HAS PRESSURE CAN
CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.
(2) Release the pressure in the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).

Release the pressure in the hydraulic system (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Open the applicable HYDIM circuit breaker:
(a)
P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel 1) 7F3 HYDIM 1 2) 7G3 HYDIM 2 3) 7H3 HYDIM 3 4) 7J3 HYDIM 4

Remove the case drain module:
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the case drain module.
(b)
Disconnect the tubes from ports A, B, OUT, and on system 4, AUX.
(c)
Install caps on all the openings to prevent contamination.
(d)
Remove the bolts (30), the washers (31), and the nuts (32).
(e)
Remove the case drain module.

If a new module is to be installed, remove the parts from the case drain module:
(a)
Remove the fittings from all the module ports.
(b)
Remove the adapters (1), the jam nut (2), the packing (3), the backup ring (4), and the packing (5) from ports A and OUT.
(c)
Remove the adapter (33), the jam nut (2), the packing (3), the backup ring (4), and the packing (5) from the port OUT. 1) Discard the packings (3 and 5).
(d)
On systems 1, 2, and 3, remove the plug (15) and the packing (16) from the AUX port. 1) Discard the packing (16).
(e)
On system 4, remove the adapter (17), the jam nut (18), the packing (19), the backup ring (20), and the packing (21) from the AUX port. 1) Discard the packings (19 and 21).
