spar must be at or below .001 ohm.
(m)
Connect the bond jumper (AMM 20-11-15/401).
(n)
Make sure the resistance between the heat exchanger tube and lower wing structure is satisfactory (AMM 20-22-01/601): 1) The resistance between the heat exchanger tube and the
structure must be at or below .005 ohm
(o)
Install a lockwire on the nuts.
(p)
Apply the fillet seal BMS5-26 to both sides of the rear spar. (Fig. 401)
(q)
Apply BMS10-20 to all cleaned areas still exposed after application of fillet seal.
(r)
Install the adapter fittings on the inlet and outlet fittings.
(s)
Remove the caps from the hydraulic tubes.
(t)
Connect the hydraulic tubes to the adapter fittings. 1) Tighten the B-nuts to 450-550 pound-inches (50-60 N.m).

CAUTION: REMOVE ANY CONTAMINATION OF REMAINING ABRASIVE, FINISH AND
_______ METAL SURFACE MATERIAL FROM THE FUEL TANKS. CONTAMINATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2)
Install the access door for the primary fuel tank (AMM 28-11-02/401).

HEAT EXCHANGER - INSPECTION / CHECK
___________________________________
1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains a hydraulic leakage check of the heat exchangers as an alternative to analyzing fuel samples. A dry air pressure source is used for pressurizing the system. It will be necessary to gain access to the tube connections of the heat exchangers. On systems 1 and 4, get access to the tube connections through the access panel forward of the inboard aileron. On systems 2 and 3, get access to the tube connections through the applicable wheel well for the wing landing gear.
