Lubricate the packings, the backup rings, and the component threads with hydraulic fluid.

Install the pressure check valve:
(a)
Remove the cap from the check valve port.
(b)
Install the packings and the backup rings on the check valve.
(c)
Install the check valve for the ground disconnect, the demand pump, or the EDP, in the pressure module. 1) On the pressure module of the Sterer type,
Tighten the check valve to 360-440 pound-inches (40-50 N.m).
2) On the pressure module of the Ronson/Hydraulic type, Tighten the check valve to 450-550 pound-inches (50-60 N.m).
(d) Install the check valve for the auxiliary pump: 1) Install the check valve in the pressure module. 2) Tighten the check valve to 270-330 pound-inches
(30-37 N.m).

Pressurize the hydraulic system (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Examine the check valve installation for leakage.
(a)
If you find leakage, repair the cause of the leak.

(5) Release the pressure in the hydraulic system if it is not necessary (AMM 29-11-00/201).

(6) Close the left door on the applicable trailing edge fairing (AMM 54-62-00/201).

(2) Release the pressure in the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).
