Remove the covers from the open tubes and the ports of the module (1) for reservoir pressurization.

(2)
If you must install a new module (1), install the fittings in the new module:
(a)
Apply lubricant to the packings and the threads on the fittings.

Install the nut (7) and the packings (8, 9, and 10) on the adapter (6).
(c)
Install the adapter (6) in the RES port.
(d)
Install the packing (12) on the plug (11) (2 locations).
(e)
Install the plugs (11) in the ports GA and T.
(f)
Install the packings (8, 9, and 10) on the adapter (15).
(g)
Install the adapter (15) in the IN port.

Put the module (1) in its position.

Install the bonding jumper (4), and the four bolts (2) and washers (3).

Make sure the resistance of the electrical bond is less than 0.0025 ohms (AMM 20-22-01/601).

Apply Lubricant to the threads on the adapters (6 and 15).

Connect the tubes to the adapters (6 and 15).

Apply some leak detector on all the tube and fitting connections.

Pressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201).

Examine all the tube and fitting connections for leakage:
(a)
If bubbles come slowly into view, the quantity of leakage is satisfactory.
(b)
If you find a high concentration of leakage, you must repair the cause of the leakage.

(11) Release the pressure in the pneumatic system if it is not necessary (AMM 36-00-00/201).
