(e) (f) The union (11) in the pressure port 1) Tighten the union (11) to 342-378 pound-inches (38-41 N.m).The union (8) in the case drain port. 1) Tighten the union (8) to 266-294 pound-inches (30-32 N.m).

(2) Install the ACMP (1): (a) Hold the ACMP (1) in its position and install the bolt (3), the washers (4), and the nut (5).
NOTE:____ Make sure you connect the ground strap when you install these parts.
(b) (c) (d) Install the bolts (7), the washers (20), and the nuts (21). 1) Tighten the mounting bolts (3 and 7).Install the ground lead (6) (AMM 20-11-15/401).Make sure the bond resistance of the ground lead (6) is less than 0.0002 ohms (AMM 20-22-01/601).

(3) Connect the ACMP(1):
NOTE:____ You must hold the unions to make sure they cannot turn when you connect the hoses.
(a) (b) (c) (d) Connect the pressure hose (14) to the swivel elbow (13). 1) Tighten the connection to 665-735 pound-inches (74-80 N.m).Connect the case drain hose (15) to the swivel elbow (10). 1) Tighten the connection to 475-525 pound-inches (53-57 N.m).Connect the supply hose (19) to the self-sealing fitting (18). 1) Tighten the connection to 855-945 pound-inches (94-103 N.m).Connect the electrical connector (2) to the ACMP (1).

(4) Close the 7H1 HYDRAULICS DEMAND 2 or 7G1 HYDRAULICS DEMAND 3 circuit breaker on the P7 circuit breaker panel for the applicable system.

(5) Do this task: "Hydraulic Reservoir Servicing" (AMM 12-12-01/301).

(6) Examine the installation for leakage: (a) Pressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201). (b) Pressurize the hydraulic system with the ACMP (AMM 29-11-00/201). (c) Examine the ACMP installation for leakage. 1) If you find leakage, repair the cause of it. (d) Release the pressure in the pneumatic system if it is not necessary for other operations (AMM 36-00-00/201).

(e) Release the pressure in the hydraulic system if it is not necessary for other operations (AMM 29-11-00/201).

(8) Close the fairing doors on the trailing edge of the strut (AMM 54-62-00/201).

AC MOTOR-DRIVEN PUMP - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

1. General
A. This procedure has one task. This task is an operational test of the AC Motor-Driven Pump (ACMP). It also contains an alternate procedure to perform an operationsl test of the ACMP using engine dry-motoring, in place of using hydraulic ground cart.
