Do this Task: Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Procedure

(1)
Install the APU drain test plug in the rear opening of the drain mast (the drain mast is outboard of the APU battery access door, 315A) (View B).

(2)
Connect the air pressure source to the APU drain test plug.

(3)
Pressurize the shroud and the shroud drain lines with 25 |1 psig.

(4)
After the pressure becomes stable, close the pressure source.

(5)
Make sure that the pressure does not decrease for 15 minutes.

(6)
Open the APU drain valve poppet with a sump drain tool.
NOTE: The valve is found between the body landing gear doors.

Make sure there is a flow of air out of the valve and the test pressure gage decreases to zero.

Remove the APU drain test plug from the drain mast.

Put the Airplane Back to the Usual Condition

WARNING: DO THE PROCEDURE IN AMM 32-00-30/201 TO REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS.
_______ THE DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE QUICKLY AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1)
Remove the door locks for the wing and body gear (AMM 32-00-30/201).
(2)
Close all of the access doors which you opened.

APU FUEL SUPPLY LINE AND SHROUD - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure has four tasks:
(1)
A task to remove the APU fuel supply line forward of the rear spar.
(2)
A task to install the APU fuel supply line forward of the rear spar.
(3)
A task to remove the APU fuel supply line from the rear spar to the APU firewall.
(4)
A task to install the APU fuel supply line from the rear spar to the APU firewall.
B.
The center wing tank and No. 2 main fuel tank must be defueled and purged to get access to the lines forward of the rear spar.
C.
The fuel line from the rear spar to the APU firewall consists of sections of flexible hose contained in a protective shroud.
