VALVE POSITION LOGIC CARD - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains four tasks, with instructions to do the operational tests of the Valve Position Logic Cards. There are four (4) Valve Position Logic Cards (A6, A9, A11 and A12), found in the M7852 fuel systems card file. You do these tests from the airplane flight deck. You must use the EICAS computer to look at the EICAS messages for this test.
B. The top EICAS display refers to the main EICAS display.
The bottom EICAS display refers to the auxilary EICAS display.

A specific fuel quantity is not necessary for this task.

Electrical Power On (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Fuel System Card File serviceable (AMM 28-22-16/401).
(g)
Integrated Display System (IDS) serviceable (AMM 31-61-00/501).
(h)
Airplane must be in the ground mode (AMM 32-09-02/201).
(i)
CDU installed (AMM 34-61-02/401).
(j)
Central Maintenance Computer (CMC) serviceable (AMM 45-10-00/201).

Open this circuit breaker:
(a)
On the main power distribution panel P6:
1) 6D18, JTSN NOZZLE VLV CONT L

Make sure the EICAS message "JETT NOZZLE L" shows on the top EICAS display.

On the P6 panel:
