Remove the APU fuel boost pump (AMM 28-25-01/401).

Defuel the No. 2 main tank (AMM 28-26-00/201).

WARNING: YOU MUST OBEY ALL OF THE FUEL TANK PURGING AND ENTRY
_______ PRECAUTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY ALL THE FUEL TANK PURGING AND ENTRY PRECAUTIONS, YOU CAN INJURE YOURSELF OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE AIRPLANE.

Purge and go into the No. 2 main tank through the access door, 544AB (AMM 28-11-00/201).

Disconnect the inlet tube coupling (2) from the receiver (1).

Disconnect the discharge tube coupling (4) from the receiver (1).

Hold the receiver (1) in the tank.

From out of the tank, remove the socket-head bolts (7), the washers (8), and the spacer (9) that attach the receiver to the rear spar.

Remove the receiver (1) from the spar.

Discard the packing (6).
