Go into the No. 2 and 3 main tanks (AMM 28-11-00/201).
(b)
Remove the two G28019-3 clamps from the manifold drain valves (if installed).
(c)
Go out of and close the fuel tank(s) (AMM 28-11-00/201).
(d)
Install the access doors on the fuel tank(s)
(AMM 28-11-02/401).

Remove the pressure test equipment, G28021, from the rear spar.

_______ MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. THE LEADING EDGE FLAPS, THE TRAILING EDGE FLAPS AND THE FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS WILL MOVE. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, ELECTRICAL POWER WILL MOVE THE FLAPS AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.
