 E. Procedure
 S 164-010
 (1)  Rub the sealing surface clean on the spar and on the pump receiver.
 S 434-011
 (2)  Install a new packing (6), lightly lubricated with petrolatum, in the groove on the receiver (1).

 (3)  Hold the receiver (1) in its position against the spar in the tank.

 (4)  From out of the tank, put the spacer (9) on the spar and install the socket-head bolts (7) and the washers (8).

 (5)  Install lockwire on the bolts.

 (6)  Install a new packing (5), lightly lubricated with petrolatum, into the discharge tube coupling (4).

 (7)  Connect the discharge tube coupling (4) to the receiver (1).

 (8)  Tighten the coupling with your hand until you can not see the threads.

 (9)  Install lockwire between the discharge tube coupling (4) and the receiver (1).

 (10) Install a new packing (3), lightly lubricated with petrolatum, into the inlet tube coupling (2).

 (11) Connect the inlet tube coupling (2) to the receiver (1).

 APU FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE BODY - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A. This procedure has two tasks:
 (1)  
A task to remove the APU fuel shutoff valve body.

 (2)  
A task to install the APU fuel shutoff valve body.

 B.
Two persons are necessary for these tasks:

 (1)  
One person out of the fuel tank to remove or install the valve body mounting hardware.

 (2)  
One person in the fuel tank to hold the valve body and connect or disconnect the fuel tubing.

Procedure

 S 034-002
 (1)
Remove the APU fuel shutoff valve actuator (AMM 28-25-02/401).

 S 654-003

 (2)  
Defuel the No. 2 main tank (AMM 28-26-00/201).

 WARNING: YOU MUST OBSERVE ALL OF THE FUEL TANK PURGING AND ENTRY
_______ PRECAUTIONS. IF YOU FAIL TO OBSERVE ALL THE FUEL TANK PURGING AND ENTRY PRECAUTIONS, YOU MAY INJURE YOURSELF OR DAMAGE THE AIRPLANE.
 (3)  
Purge and go into the No. 2 main tank through the access door 544AB (AMM 28-11-00/201).

 (4)  
Disconnect the coupling nut on the outlet tube (4) from the coupling (8).
