Disassemble the retainer halves (6).

Remove the retaining ring (7) that holds the coupling on the valve body (9).

Remove the coupling (8) from the valve body (9).

Discard the packings (5).

Disconnect the coupling nut (10) from the inlet tee (12).

Remove the retaining rings (11) that holds the coupling nut (10) and the packing (5) on the valve body (9).

Remove the coupling nut (10) from the valve body (9).

Discard the packing (5).

Hold the valve body (9) in the tank.

From out of the tank, remove the mounting bolts (1) and the washers

which attach the valve body (9) to the rear spar.

Remove the valve body (9) from the tank.

Hold the valve body (9) and the gasket seal (3) in position on the spar in the fuel tank.

From out of the tank, install the bolts (1) and the washers (2) to attach the valve body (9) to the rear spar.
