(1)
Defuel the applicable main fuel tank (AMM 28-26-00/201).

(2) Purge and prepare to go into the main fuel tank (AMM 28-11-00/201).

(3) S 014-004Remove additional fuel tank access doors, if it is necessary, to get access to the valve body (AMM 28-11-02/401).
NOTE:____ Refer to this table for access.

(4) S 864-005Go into the fuel tank (AMM 28-11-00/201).
(5) S 014-006Go to the front spar through the access hole in the midspar.
(6) S 034-007Disconnect the couplings (2) that attach the fuel lines to the valve body (1).
(7) S 034-018Discard the O-rings (7).
(8) S 034-008Remove the mounting bolts (3) and washers (4) (four locations) that attach the valve body (1) to the mounting bracket (6).
(9) S 024-009Disengage the valve body (1) from the adapter shaft (5).
