(1)
Align the fuel system card file with the alignment pins and hold in position.

(2)
Install the eight screws and washers to attach the fuel system card file to the structure.
NOTE: There are four screws and washers along the top and four
____ screws and washers along the bottom of the fuel system card file.

(3)
Install the bonding jumper:
(a)
Prepare the bonding jumper and bonding jumper attachment hardware for an electrical surface bond (SWPM 20-20-00).
(b)
Install the bonding jumper, washer and bolt to the bonding jumper attachment hardware (View A).
(c)
Tighten the bolt.
(d)
Measure the bonding resistance across the bonding jumper (SWPM 20-20-00).
NOTE: The resistance must not be more than 0.002 ohm.

Align the wire bundle support bracket and wire bundles with the fuel system card file.

Install the screws and washers (4 locations) that attach the wire bundle support bracket to the fuel system card file.
(6)
Connect all electrical connectors to the fuel system card file.
