S 434-016
(1)
Install a new packing (15) lubricated with petrolatum, on the discharge check valve (1) that attach to the discharge check valve to the pump housing (8).

Install the bolts (9), washers (10), and nuts (11) (4 locations) to attach the discharge check valve (1) to the housing (8).

Put a new packing (2) lubricated with petrolatum, in the groove on the outlet port of the discharge check valve (1).

Slightly stretch the packing (2) before you put it in the groove.

Install the bolts (16), washers (17), and nuts (18) (4 locations) to attach the discharge check valve to the discharge tube (3).

Put a new packing (13) in the coupling (19), lubricated with petrolatum, on the ejector pump pressure line (12).

Connect the ejector pump pressure line coupling (19) to the
discharge check valve (1)

Install a new packing (5), lubricated with petrolatum, on the coupling (20) that attaches the discharge pressure sensor line (4) to the discharge check valve (1).

Install the coupling (20) (AMM 28-00-00/201).

NOTE: If the bonding jumpers on the line were disconnected or
____ removed, make sure that the bonding surfaces on the lines are clean and install the bonding jumpers.

(9) Go out of and close the fuel tank (AMM 28-11-00/201).
