R R R R _______1. General When an electrical item is damaged or broken the standard procedure is to replace it with an electrical item that has the same P/N. The chapters that follow give the repair processes for the standard electrical items in relation to the type of damage.
R _______________________________2. How to Use the Repair Processes When a standard electrical item is damaged, do these steps:
R A. Find or identify the item that is dammaged (FIN, P/N).
R B. Find and correct the cause(s) of the damage.
R R C. Examine the electrical item to find the type of damage (Refer to para. Damage Check Procedure and to fig. Table of Damage Cases). One or more repair schemes are possible.
R R ____NOTE : If there is a risk of new damage due to contamination, you can replace a non-sealed item by a sealed item.
