R R R R R R  B. Sealing (Ref. Fig. 020) Sealing is necessary depending on the area and the wire gauge. - Refer to the sealing sleeve allocation table. It gives you the shrinkable sleeve (P/N and size) to use for sealing. - Install the heat - shrinkable sleeve on the wire before stripping. Shrinking is done after crimping. For standard element legs, install the sleeve NSA937201 or NSA937212. Leave part of the leg uncovered to permit crimping of the contact and cut it to length.
R R  ____NOTE : After the sealing sleeve, install the identification sleeve on one of the standard element legs.
R R  C. Wire stripping (Ref. Fig. 021) - Select the applicable tool. - Strip the wire to the length "A".
R R R  D. Crimping Procedure and Tools (Ref. Fig. 022) - Select the applicable tool. - Engage the stripped wire or the standard element leg in the contact. - Make sure that you can see the wire conductor or the standard element leg through the contact inspection hole. - Install the contact in the positioner. - Fully close the tool handles until the safety ratchet releases. - Remove the crimped contact. - If sealing is necessary:
