 Put the dielectric (4) in the contact body (5).

 Solder the contact core.

 (4)
 Slide the external ferrule (1) on the braided shield until it touches the internal ferrule (3).

 Install the extraction system (6) on the contact body (5).

 Crimp the ferrule (1) with the appropriate tool in the crimping zone

 (a) Install the outer sleeve (1) on the cable.
 CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT CUT THE BRAIDED SHIELD OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CENTER CONDUCTOR WHEN YOU STRIP THE CABLE.
 (b)
 Strip the cable to the length A.

 (c)
 Strip the center conductor to the length C.

 (d)
 Cut the braided shield to the length B. Make sure that you do not damage the conductor.


 (4) Crimping procedure and tools
 (Ref. Fig. 009)

 (a)
 Install the contact (2) on the center conductor (3).

 (b)
 Crimp or solder the contact (2) with the applicable tool.

 (c)
 Slide the contact in the ferrule (4). Make sure that the braided shield is on the contact of the ferrule (4).

 (d)
 Slide the sleeve (1) on the zone of the braided shield.

 Install the center conductor (5) in the dielectric (4).

 (f)
 Make sure that the length D is correct.

 (g)
 Slide a contact (6) in the center conductor.

 (h)
 Solder the contact on the center conductor.
