R ____________________3. General Requirements
R ____NOTE : Only one repair is permitted per two meters length for total length
R of the protected harness. Beyond this limit, whatever the type of
R damage, replace the bundle protection and/or the harness.
R ____NOTE : Repair classsification can change depending on the location and the
R system of the harness.
R Protected harnesses used for flight control system (identified by
R pink labels) or in movement (hinge or equivalent) must be changed. In
R case of repair, the repair is grade 3.
R However, those protected by braided conduits or overbraided can be
R repaired and the repair is grade 2.

_________________________________________________________REPAIR OF CONVOLUTED CONDUITS - DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
_______1. General
R
This chapter describes the methods for the repair of convoluted conduits
related to the degree of damage.
R The convoluted conduits installed on aircraft for the wire harness
R protection have the codes that follow:
R E0432,
R NSA935805,
R NSA935806.
R
R The standard procedure is to replace damaged or broken items (bundle
R protection or full protected harness for overbraided conduit) by new items
R with the same P/N.

R general description and condition of application.
R ________________3. Repair Procedure
R
This paragraph gives the general description and conditions of application
for each repair type.
R ____NOTE : Repair classification can change depending on the location and the
R system of the harness (Refer to chapter 20-53-30 para. General
R Requirements).
