(a)
Strip the cable to dimensions A,B,C and D.

NOTE : Do not comb out the braid.
(b)
Slide the nut (1) and the ferrule (2) onto the cable.
(c)
Slide the crimping barrel (3) under the braid until it bears on the dielectric.
(d)
Place the ferrule (2) against the crimping barrel (3).
(e)
Crimp the ferrule (2) with the applicable crimping tool (Ref .Table).
(f)
Strip the corre of the cable flush with the collar of the crimping barrel.
(g)
Slide the washer (4) to against the crimping barrel.
(h)
Insert the core of the conductor into the contact core (5).
(i)
Crimp the contact.
(j)
Place the assembly thus formed in the outer body.
(k)
TORQUE the nut to between 0.11 m.daN (9.7345 lbf.in) and 0.17 m.daN (15.0442 lbf.in)

(l) After torque application, make a longitudinal red line on the connector over the threaded cap and the body of the connector.

(a)
Strip the cable at the size A and B.
(b)
Install the ferrule (1) on the wire.
(c)
Install the threaded cap (2) on the braid support (3).
(d)
Put the braid support (3) in position with the braided shield (4) over the braid support (3).
(e)
Put the ferrule (1) on the braided shield (4) in position C.
(f)
Crimp the ferrule (1) with appropriate tool.
(g)
Strip the wire at level of the braid support (3).
(h)
Install the washer (5) in the stripped wire.
(i)
Engage the stripped wire in the core contact (6).
(j)
Crimp the contact core (6) on the stripped wire with tool.
(k)
Install the body contact (7) on the contact core (6).
(l)
Screw the threaded cap (2) on the body contact (7).
(m)
TORQUE the threaded cap (2) to 0.37 m.daN (3.73 lbf.in.).
(n)
After torque, mark a pencil red line on the threaded cap (2) and the body contact (7).
