C. Wire Stripping
(Ref. Fig. 001)
Strip to the applicable length "A".
D. Crimping Procedure and Tools
(Ref. Fig. 001)
-Put the nut and the strain relief on the wire.
-Engage the stripped wire into the contact.
-Install the contact in the applicable crimping tool.
-Fully close the tool handles until the safety ratchet releases.
-Remove the crimped contact.

R Strip the wire to the length "A" with the applicable tool.

R - Install a shrink sleeve E0718-20-15 on the wire (for wire gauge 26, in
R sealed module type).
R - Engage the stripped wire into the contact.
R - Make sure that you can see the wire through the contact inspection
R hole.
R - Install the contact in the applicable crimping tool.
R - Fully close the tool handles until the safety ratchet releases.
R - Remove the crimped contact.
R - If installed, shrink the sleeve and make sure that there is no overlap
R on the contact.
