Strip the cable to the lengths A, B and C.

Crimping procedure and tools

Slide the contact (3) on the center conductor.
(b)
Solder the conductor with the contact (3).
(c)
Put the ferrule (2) against the contact (3).
(d)
Crimp the ferrule with the braided shield with an applicable tool.
(e)
Put the cup body (1) against the crimped ferrule (2) assy.
(f)
Tighten the nut (4).

(a) Strip the wire to the length A with an applicable tool.

Crimping procedure and tools (Ref. Fig. 017)

Slide the ferrule (1) on the braided shield (2). Stop the ferrule (1) against the insulation (3) of the cable.

Turn the braided shield over the ferrule.
(c)
Make sure that the length B is correct.

Strip the wire to the length D.
(Ref. Fig. 016)

Make sure that the length C is correct.
(Ref. Fig. 016)
(f)
Slide the rear insulation (3) against the braided shield (2).
(g)
On the wire conductor (6), install the inner contact (4) against the rear insulation (3). Make sure that you can see the wire conductor through the inspection hole.
(h)
Crimp the contact (4) with conductor (6), with an applicable tool.
