For RADIALL contact only: . Make sure that the positioning slot (11) of the spacer is located between the red and yellow conductors. . Insert the dielectric (12) over the contacts making sure that the positioning slots (11) of the spacer (10) and dielectric (12) are aligned.

 -
For DEUTSCH contact only: . Insert the dielectric (12) over the contacts making sure that the positioning slot (11) is located between the red and yellow conductors


 -Insert the contact body (13) making sure that the positioning slot(11) is aligned with the pin (14) of the body (13) until the ferrule is covered.
 -Make sure that the length of ferrule not covered by the contact body before crimping is 1.4 mm (0.0551 in.) max.
 -Crimp with applicable tool at the rear of the contact body (13).
 -Cut the protruding braid strands.
 E. Sealing sleeve installation (Ref. Fig. 003)

 Insert the crimped contact in the connector insert with the
 applicable tool.

 Slide the sealing sleeve (1) inside the connector insert cavity until it reaches the bottom. The sealing sleeve abutment must be in contact with the rear of the connector grommet.
