R (j) Crimp the contact (5) on the center conductor with the
R appropriate tool.
R (k) Slide the dielectric (6) on the contact core (5).
R (l) Slide the contact body (7) until with the dielectric (6).
R (m) Check the size E = 0.7 mm (0.0275 in.) max. Crimp the contact
R body (7) with the appropriate tool.
R (2) SOURIAU
R (Ref. Fig. 006)
R (a) Slide sealing sleeve (1) and ferrule (2) in the cable.
R (b) Strip the cable at the size A, B and C.
R (c) Put the contact core (3) in the stripped wire.
R (d) Make sure that the dielectric (4) is against the body (5).
R (e) Crimp the contact (3) with the tool.
R (f) Install the crimped contact (3) in the body (5).
R (g) Open the braided shield (6) and place it around braid support
R (7).
R (h) Install the ferrule (2) on the braided shield (6) and against the
R body (5) and braid support (7).
R (i) Crimp the ferrule (2) with the appropriate tool.
R (3) RADIALL Type 05 and 07
R (Ref. Fig. 007)
R (a) Slide the ferrule (1) in the cable.
R (b) Strip the cable at the size A, B and C.
R (c) Make sure that you do not cut the braided shield (2) or damage
R the center conductor.
R (d) Install a contact (3) on the center conductor.
R (e) Crimp the contact (3) with the appropriate tool.
R (f) Install the contact (3) in the body (4). Make sure the braided
R shield (2) is on the ferrule contact of the body (4).
R (g) Install the ferrule (1) on the braided shield (2).
R (h) Crimp the ferrule (1) with the appropriate tool.
R (4) RADIALL Type 08
R (Ref. Fig. 008)
R (a) Strip the cable at the size A.
R (b) Slide the ferrule (1) on the braided shield (2).
R (c) Stop the ferrule (1) against the insulation (3) of the cable.
R (d) Turn the braided shield (2) over the ferrule (1).
R (e) Check the size C.
R (f) Strip the wire at the size B.
R (g) Check the size B.
R (h) Slide the insulated sleeve (4) against the braided shield (2).
R (i) Install the contact (5) against the insulated sleeve (4).
R (j) Make sure that you can see the wire conductor through the
R inspection hole.
R (k) Crimp the contact (5) with the appropriate tool.
R (l) Slide the contact body (6) on the braided shield (2).
R (m) Crimp the E zone of contact body (6) with the appropriate tool.
