A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Clean the window frame (4) with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-002).
WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE THE

SPECIAL MATERIAL.
THIS MATERIAL IS DANGEROUS.
WARNING : USE SOLVENTS/CLEANING AGENTS, SEALANTS AND OTHER SPECIAL
_______ MATERIALS ONLY WITH A GOOD SUPPLY OF AIR. OBEY THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. PUT ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.
(2) Examine the window frame for good condition.
4. Procedure

A. Installation:
(1)
Put the new eyebolt (3) in position on the window frame (4). NOTE : The shoulder of the eyebolt (3) must point away from the

window frame (4).
(2)
Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-018) to the pin (2).
(3)
Install the pin (2) through the window frame (4) and the eye of the eyebolt (3).
(4)
Install the collar (1) on the pin (2).
(5)
Make sure that the pin (2) is correctly installed through the window frame (4) and the eyebolt (3).

(6)
Make sure that the eyebolt (3) is in the correct position on the window frame (4).
(7)
Tighten the collar (1) (Ref. ASRM 51421100).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Install the window assembly (Ref. TASK 56-21-13-400-002).
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Install the upper sidewall panels (Ref. TASK 25-23-43-400-001).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
(5)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
