1. Reason for the Job

This procedure is used to repair the soft liner when it has scratches. (The
scratch must not go to the stuctural glass ply).
This procedure is only applicable for the windshield panels with a soft
liner (SPS supplier, P/N SPS...).

NOTE : Do not remove the soft liner from the windshield. The soft liner
____ is part of the windshield. If it is necessary to replace the soft liner, you must remove the windshield and send it to the Vendor. Only the Vendor is approved to replace the soft liner.

Apply CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-023) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003) on the inner surface of the windshield.
