B. Windows
(1)
The fixed windows are installed externally directly on to the frame in the aircraft structure.
(2)
The sliding windows are installed in a mobile frame fitted with a mechanism which is controlled from the cockpit.
C. Seals
(1) The windows are sealed for pressurization and against humidity by a system of seals on the structural frames.
D. Heating System
(1) All windows are fitted with an electrical heating system to maintain clear vision in the event of internal or external fogging conditions.

A. Inspection of the Windshield.
(1) Make an inspection of the windshield for: - scratches, cracks, chipping, bubbles, delamination, discoloration, interlayer microflakes, transparency, burn spots, burning, damage on the soft liner (self healing liner) (Ref. TASK 56-11-11-200-001).
NOTE : The damage on the soft liner is only applicable for the____ windshield equipped with a soft liner on the inner surface (SPS supplier).
