R (2) Remove the remaining sealant in the intersection area between:
R - the frame structure and the lower retainer
R - the frame structure and the upper retainer
R - the front retainer and the upper and lower retainers.
R (3) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) or SEALANTS (Material No. 09-
R 053) if necessary to fill the remaining spaces and make sure that the
R bead of sealant is continuous.
R (4) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) or SEALANTS (Material No. 09-
R 053) in all the hex-head bolt spotfacings.
R NOTE : For the sealant cure time, refer to the supplier technical____
R data-sheet.

R (5) Clean the external surfaces of the structure with CLEANING AGENTS
R (Material No. 11-003) to remove the remaining sealant from the
R structure.

R H. Installation of the Protection Plate

R (1) Install the spray nozzles (Ref. TASK 30-45-44-400-001).
R (2) Put the protection plate (19) in position.
R (3) Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) below the head of the
R screws (20), (21) and (22).
R (4) Install the screws (20), (21) and (23) and tighten them.

R (1) Put the vertical lining panel in position on the windshield post (1).
R (2) Install the screws (2) and the washers (6).
