R C. Check of the Clearance
R (Ref. Fig. 416/TASK 56-12-11-991-047)
R (1) Make sure that the sliding window is open.
R (2) Do a check of the out-of-flush clearance C between the retainer (34)
R and the sliding window panel (30).
R NOTE : The clearance C (edge-clearance) between the window frame and____
R window panel, shows a defect in the flat surfaces of the panel
R and the frame.
R The edge-clearance location is at the window panel/frame edge.
R (a) Make sure that the out-of-flush clearance C between the retainer
R (34) and the glass sliding window (30) is 0.6 +0.8 -0.7 mm
R (0.0236 +0.0314 -0.0275 in.).
R (3) Close the sliding window. Make sure that the window moves easily.
R (4) From points 1 to 11 make sure that the out-of-flush B is 0 +0.6 -2 mm
R (0.0000 +0.0236 -0.0787 in.) on the periphery of the window panel.
R (5) If the out-of-flush B is not correct, adjust as follows:
R (a) Remove the circlips (42), (45), (46) and (51).
R (b) Loosen the nuts (41), (44), (47) and (50).

R (d) TORQUE the nuts (41), (44), (47) and (50) to between 0.6 and 0.7
R m.daN (53.09 and 61.94 lbf.in).
R (e) Safety the nuts (41), (44), (47) and (50) with BONDING AND
