Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-012) with a brush on the mating surfaces of the windshield panel and in its housing.

R R R R R (3) Make sure that the fastener countersinks at the upper horizontal frame are correctly filled with sealant. If they are not, apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) or SEALANTS (Material No. 09-053) to make the upper horizontal frame flat in the seal contact area. This will prevent pressure leaks. If you use a sealant different from the remaining sealant, you must first clean the fastener countersinks with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003).
R R R NOTE : If you use PR1436GB-ND1/2 at 23deg.C, the application time is____ 1/2 hour and the cure time is 24 hours. If you use PR1436GB2-NA at 23deg.C, the application time is 2 hours and the cure time is 30 hours. If you use PR1436GB4-NA at 23deg.C, the application time is 4 hours and the cure time is 40 hours. If you use DAPCO 72 at 23deg.C, the application time is 1/4 hour and the cure time is 2 1/2 hours.
