A. Installation of the Fixed Window Panel (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 56-11-12-991-053, 405/TASK 56-11-12-991-054)
WARNING : BE CAREFUL DURING THE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION OF THE WINDOW TO
_______ PREVENT INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE. MAKE SURE THAT: -THERE ARE SUFFICIENT PERSONS FOR THE TASK. -YOU DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SEAL OR THE GLASS PLIES. THE WINDOW IS HEAVY.
(1)
Put the fixed window panel (13) in position in its housing.
(2)
Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) in the housings of the heads of the screws (12).
(3)
Install the screws (12).
(4)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(5)
Connect the sensor (11) to the receptacle (14).

For the acrylic fixed window (LUCAS supplier, P/N NH...) put the fixed window panel in position to get:
-
the clearance J1 of 1.2 +0.8 -0.8 mm (0.0472 +0.0314 -0.0314 in.)
-
the clearance J2 of 0.7 mm (0.0275 in.) minimum.
(2)
For the glass fixed window (PPG supplier, P/N NP...) put the fixed window panel in position to get:
-the clearance J1 of 1.2 +0.8 -0.8 mm (0.0472 +0.0314 -0.0314 in.)
(3)
For the glass fixed window (SPS supplier, P/N SPSA... put the fixed window panel in position to get:
-the clearance J1 of 1.2 +0.8 -0.8 mm (0.0472 +0.0314 -0.0314 in.)
