 A. Removal of the Lining Panels

 (1)
 Removal of the lining panel (48) 211GW (212GW)

 (a)
 Remove the screws (41) and the washers (40).

 (b)
 Loosen the fasteners (42).

 (c)
 Disengage the lining panel (48) 211GW (212GW).

 (d)
 Remove the screw (45), the washer (44) and disengage the electrical cable (46).

 (e)
 Remove the lining panel (48) 211GW (212GW).

 

 (2)
 Removal of the lining panel (29) 211KC (212KC)

 (a)
 Remove the lining panels (29) 211BC (212BC) and 211FC (212FC).

 (b)
 Loosen the fastener (1).

 (c)
 Remove the screws (24) and the washers (25) from the brackets (26).

 Loosen the clamp (28) and disconnect the duct (27).

 (e)
 Remove the lining panel (29) 211KC (212KC).

 (3) Removal of the sliding window lining (16)
 (a)
 Open the sliding window 8DG1 (8DG2) (Ref. TASK 56-12-11-010-001).

 (b)
 Remove the screw (5) and remove the pencil holder assembly (7).

 (c)
 Remove the screw (21) and the washer (20).

 (d)
 Remove the screw (19) and the washer (18).

 (e)
 Remove the handle (6).

 (f)
 Remove the screw (9) and the washer (8).

 (g)
 Remove the screw (15) and the washer (14).

 (h)
 Close the sliding window.

 (i)
 Remove the blanking plug (4), remove the screw (3) and the washer (2).

 (j)
 Remove the screws (11).

 (k)
 Remove the screws (12).

 (l)
 Lift the plate (17) and remove the sliding window lining (16).

 (m)
 Disconnect the electrical connector (9) from the receptacle.

 (n) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors. Subtask 56-12-11-020-068
 B. Removal of the Aft Upper Rail
 (Ref. Fig. 409/TASK 56-12-11-991-067)

 (1)
 Remove the bolts (54),(55) and the nuts (57).

 (2)
 Remove the aft upper rail (56) from its support.

 CAUTION : BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE THE SLIDING WINDOW.THE HANDLE IS
_______ SPRING -LOADED AND WILL MOVE SUDDENLY WHEN YOU REMOVE THE WINDOW FROM THE TRACK. IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL THE HANDLE CAN HIT YOU.
