SLIDING WINDOWS - DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

1. General

A. Sliding Windows The cockpit includes two sliding windows (left and right) installed between FR5 and FR8. The crew can use these sliding windows as emergency exits.
B. Sliding Window Panels Each panel is installed in a frame. The frames permit the panels to move on the rails which are fixed to the aircraft structure.
