R (g) Move the torque tube (67) through the flange bearing (68) and
R remove it from the structure of the Bulk cargo door.
R (h) Move the torque tube (53) through the flange bearing (57) and
R remove it from the structure of the Bulk cargo door.
R (i) Remove the torque tube (78) from the structure of the Bulk cargo
R door.
R (j) Remove the nuts (56) and the bolts (58) from the flange bearings
R (57),(68).
R (k) Carefully disconnect the flange bearings (57),(68) from the
R structure of the Bulk cargo door.

R C. Removal of the Latch Assembly
R (Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 52-33-21-991-003)
R (1) Remove the hook arrester (81) from the crossbeam STA2883/FR61 as
R follows:
R (a) Remove the nuts (83) and the bolts (82) and disconnect the hook
R arrester (81) from the crossbeam.
R (b) If necessary, remove the nut (86), the bolt (84) and the roller
R (85) from the hook arrester (81).
R (2) Remove the locking hook (100) from the spring element (73) as
R follows:
R (a) Remove the bolt (96), the hook axle (97), the sleeve (99) and the
R spacer (101) from the structure of the Bulk cargo door.
R (b) If necessary, remove the nuts (95), the bolts (94) and the hook
R bracket (98).
R (c) Remove and discard the cotter pin (93) from the nut (92).
R (d) Remove the nut (92), the washer (91) and the bolt (87) together
R with the washer (88) from the locking hook (100).
R (e) Remove the locking hook (100) from the spring element (73).
R (f) If necessary, remove the bushes (89),(90) from the locking hook
R (100).

R R (3) Disconnect the spring element (73) from the lever (77) of the locking shaft as follows:
R (a) Remove and discard the cotter pin (69) from the nut (70).
R R (b) Remove the nut (70), the washer (71) and the bolt (76) together with the washer (75).
R R (c) Remove the spring element (73) and the bushes (72),(74) from the lever (77).

B. Removal of the Locking Shaft (Ref. Fig. 402A/TASK 52-33-21-991-002-A)
NOTE : Make a mark on all parts to identify their correct positions.____
(1) Remove the barrel locks (141) from the locking shaft as follows:
(a) Remove the nuts (145), the washers (146) and the bolts (148) together with the washers (147) to disconnect the barrel lock (141) from the tooth shaft (149).
(b) Pull the barrel lock (141) together with the spacers (142),(143) and (144) away from the tooth shaft (149).
(c) If necessary, remove the nuts (153), the bolts (155) and the outer flange bearing (154) from the bulk door structure.
(d) Remove the nuts (156), the washers (157) and the bolts (158) to disconnect the flange (164) from the joint assembly (163).
(e) Remove the flange (164) from the threaded ends of the tooth shaft (149).
(f) Pull the tooth shaft (149) from the joint assembly (163) and remove it from the bulk door structure.
(2) Remove the joint assembly (163) from the locking shaft as follows:
(a) Remove the nuts (152) and the bolts (150) to disconnect the flange bearing (151) from the Bulk cargo door.

(b) Disconnect the push rod (125) from the main lever (122) as follows:
NOTE : For easier removal, make sure that the locking shaft is in
