A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the access platform 2.0 m (6 ft. 7 in.) is in position at the AFT cargo-compartment door.
(2)
Make sure that the AFT cargo-compartment door is opened (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3)
Make sure that the divider net and the door net are removed.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1)
Examine the interspaces and the inner skin of the Bulk cargo door for damage (Ref. TASK 52-33-11-200-001).
(2)
Make sure that the inner surface of the outer skin is clean before you install the new self-adhesive insulation panels (Ref. TASK 52-33-11-100-001).
(3) Make sure that the VELCRO tapes (4) are in the correct condition. R **ON A/C 001-003, 051-054,

B. Installation of the Insulation Panels and the Linnings
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 52-33-13-991-001)
(1) Install the thick self-adhesive insulation panels (5) in the interspaces of the door structure.
NOTE : Make sure that the insulation panel (5) does not cause a
____ blockage of the rubber flap of the drain hole.

Install the thin self-adhesive insulation panels (6) in the applicable interspaces.
(3)
Install the linings (1),(2),(3) to the inner skin of the Bulk cargo door and engage the VELCRO tapes (4).
(4)
Put the internal door handle (8) in postion to the lever assembly

B. Installation of the Insulation Panels and the Linnings

(1) Install the thick self-adhesive insulation panels (5) in the interspaces of the door structure.
NOTE : Make sure that the insulation panel (5) does not cause a

Install the thin self-adhesive insulation panels (6) in the applicable interspaces.
(3)
Install the linings (1),(2),(3) to the inner skin of the Bulk cargo door and engage the VELCRO tapes (4).

(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the door net at the opening of Bulk cargo door.
(3)
Install the divider net at FR59.
(4)
Close the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).

(5) Remove the access platform(s).
