The refuel/defuel control-panel door 192MB is installed on the right side of the belly fairing between FR37 and FR39. The door is a quick-opening type door and opens outwards, downward of the aircraft. The door gives access to the refuel/defuel control panel 800VU. The door is made of honeycomb core which is bonded between several layers of foil. The hinge attaches the door to the belly fairing. The hinge is attached with screws to the door and to the belly fairing. Two latch assemblies are attached with rivets to the door. When the door closes, the locking pin of the latch assemblies engages with the hooks and the door is then flush with the belly fairing. The hooks are attached with screws to brackets which are attached to the belly fairing. The rod assy is installed between the hinge fitting assy and the attach fitting. The hinge fitting assy is attached with screws to the door. The attach fitting is attached with screws to the belly fairing. The rod assy turns between the hinge fitting assy and the attach fitting. These components form an overcenter device which keeps the door in the fully open position and helps to close the door. The hinge fitting assy has an adjustable stop which contacts a limit switch when the door closes.

The refuel/defuel control-panel door 192MB is installed on the right side of the belly fairing between FR37 and FR39. The door is a quick-opening type door and opens outwards and in flight direction of the aircraft. The door gives access to the refuel/defuel control panel 800VU. The door is made of honeycomb core which is bonded between several layers of foil. There are two screwed hinge arms to connect the door with the belly fairing. The lower hinge arm has an adjustable stop which contacts with the related limit switch when the door closes. Two latch assemblies are attached with rivets to the door. When the door is closed, the locking pin of the latch assemblies engage with the locking hooks of the belly fairing. The locking device is installed between the door and the belly fairing to keep the door in the fully open position.

The access door 197CB is installed on the left side of the belly fairing between FR47 and FR48. The door gives access to the ground connection for the green hydraulic system. The access door 198CB is installed on the right side of the belly fairing between FR47 and FR48. The door gives access to the ground connection for the yellow hydraulic system and to the cargo door hand pump. The access door 197EB is installed on the left side of the belly fairing between FR49 and FR50. The door gives access to the ground connection for the blue hydraulic system and to the RAT control panel. The access doors are quick-opening type doors and open outwards towards the front of the aircraft. The door structure are made of honeycombe core. The honeycomb core is bonded between several layers of glass cloth. Each access door is attached with two hinge assemblies to the belly fairing. The hinge assemblies are attached with screws to the doors and with pins to the support fitting assemblies. The support fitting assemblies are attached with screws to the panel box assemblies. The spring bolt assemblies are installed and turn between the hinge assemblies and the bearing flange assemblies. They form an overcenter device which keeps the access door in the fully open position and helps to close the doors. The access doors have latch assemblies to lock the doors in closed position. The latch assemblies are attached with rivets to the doors structure . The locking pin of each latch assy engage with the latch hooks; the doors are then aligned with the belly fairing. The latch hooks are attached with screws to the panel box assemblies of the belly fairing.
